Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For large items like bathtubs and vanities, shipping usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location and the carrier's freight schedule.
What is your return policy for bathroom products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs for large freight items may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
What should I do if my ceramic product arrives broken?
While we use reinforced packaging, fragile items like toilets and sinks can occasionally break during transit. Please inspect your delivery immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage to receive a free replacement.
Do DeerValley products come with a warranty?
Yes, all DeerValley products include a limited manufacturer warranty. Most ceramic products carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, while specific parts may have different coverage periods.
Are your toilets and faucets compliant with North American standards?
Absolutely. Our products are designed to meet standard plumbing codes, and many are cUPC and WaterSense certified to ensure quality, safety, and water efficiency in your home.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an item has been dispatched to our warehouse for crating and shipping, we are unable to make changes, and the standard return process will apply.
