At DeerValley Bath, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your home renovation product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully pack the product in its original box, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective styrofoam are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the item back to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
